How do I apply for membership?
First you should complete the membership application form and return it to RusCham at: mail@ruscham.com . You may also complete and submit the online registration form on this site (link to online application form). In addition to the application form, you should submit a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation and brief information about your company.
Who can apply for membership?
Almost any company or organization can apply for membership in the Russian European Chamber of Commerce.
How much are membership dues?
Membership fees are based on the company's worldwide revenue and/or participation in RusCham activities. The following chart shows the fee structure.

- Corporate Sponsor (Outstanding support of RusCham) - 1,650 Euro
- Corporate Sponsor can participate in all RusCham’s events
- RusCham promotes Corporate Sponsor’s logo at all events and publications
- Receives 25 % discount on all RusCham’s services
- Receives all regular benefits of RusCham membership (such as events registration fees discount, etc)
- Has 2 votes at RusCham’s annual meetings
- Corporate Member can participate in all RusCham’s events
- Receives 10 % discount on all RusCham’s services
- Receives all regular benefits of RusCham membership (such as events registration fees discount, etc)
- Has 1 vote at RusCham’s annual meetings
- Full Member can participate in all RusCham’s events
- Receives 10 % discount on all RusCham’s services
- Receives all regular benefits of RusCham membership (such as events registration fees discount, etc)
- Has 1 vote at RusCham’s annual meetings
- Associate Member can participate in all RusCham’s events
- Receives all regular benefits of RusCham membership (such as events registration fees discount, etc)
- Has no vote at RusCham’s annual meetings
- Partner Member can participate in all RusCham’s events
- Receives all regular benefits of RusCham membership (such as events registration fees discount, etc)
- Has no vote at RusCham’s annual meetings
Are there any additional or one-time entrance fees? If the company joins after the first of the year, how are membership fees determined?
There is no entrance or additional fees when a company or organization joins the Chamber. If a company joins the Chamber after the first of the year, membership is valid for one year from the day of joining the Chamber.
If my company has is not Russian or European based company, what limitations does this put on my membership?
All Members (including Non-profit Members) receive the same benefits and are eligible to participate in all Chamber activities. The only exception is that government and educational organizations do not have voting rights.
How long does the process take?
Once all application materials are received, they are reviewed by the membership committee. It takes approximately one week to review the materials and make decision. Once the application has been approved, the new member will receive a Welcome Package that includes an invoice for annual membership dues.
How can we pay our membership fees?
Fees may be paid through a bank transfer in Euros to the RusCham's bank account.
Once we're members, how many employees can take part in Chamber activities?
Your company may designate two representatives who will receive all Chamber information and be our contacts at your company. If your company has more than two employees who would like to participate on a regular basis in our committee meetings and other events only open to Chamber members, the employee may join for additional fees.
