Russian, EU agencies to jointly develop spacecraft for lunar flights
 
Russia's Federal Space Agency and the European Space Agency have agreed to jointly develop a manned spacecraft for orbital flights and flights to the Moon, the Russian agency reported Wednesday.

The spacecraft's first launch is scheduled for 2018 from Russia's yet-to-be-built Vostochny space launch facility in the Amur Region, the agency said.
