Kiriyenko sees Russia holding talks on EU nuclear hurdles September
Russia and the E.U. plan to hold talks in September about abolishing alleged E.U. restrictions on Russian nuclear material supplies, Sergei Kiriyenko, CEO of state-owned nuclear company Rosatom.
He said that E.U. countries had secretly agreed to restrict Russian nuclear imports to 20% of a specific product market. It is not clear if the agreement has been implemented.
Kiriyenko criticized the restrictions, saying they were at odds with market principles.
