OSLO -- Norwegian Oil and Energy Minister Thorhild Widvey plans to meet politicians in Russia next week to discuss ways to jointly develop the nations' Arctic waters, source of about a quarter of the world's undiscovered petroleum.
Widvey will meet Yury Trutnev, Russia's natural resources minister, and other officials during a stay in Moscow from May 16 to May 18, Widvey told reporters at a meeting Wednesday at Oslo's oil ministry. (Bloomberg) |
