Aqua Vision, a privately held Russian company, has announced that it was planning to build Europe's largest plant to produce ecologically pure drinks. The 140,000-square-meter complex will be located in the Moscow region's Istrinsky region, 30 kilometers northwest of the capital, and will feature a factory producing water and juices, as well as a distribution center. The project is scheduled for a late 2006 opening. When completed, it will be capable of producing 300 million liters of beverages a year. Estimated investment is 100 million euros ($128 million), the company said. (MT) |
