Mr. Konstantin Lipatov has been assigned to perform duties of RusCham Executive Director from April 1, 2006. Before new assignment he worked as a Program Director of RusCham since 2005. Mr. Lipatov holds an university degree in economics, speaks fluently Russian, English and Slovak languages and, proved to be an experienced multinational manager.

Both RusCham and RUJ (www.jus.ru) will work on issues of legal regulations and services to support trade between Russian and European Union companies.
