The joint project by several leading energy publishers including PortNews, SeaNews and Terminal has been created to promote information cooperation and experience transfer among the representatives of port authorities and oil terminals in Europe and the CIS and also assist exporters and traders in developing new export routes by looking at international crude and products shipping development forecasts, overview of all European and CIS oil ports, competition among oil terminals and lack of it, competitive advantages of certain ports and terminals, importance and danger of increasing port capacity, pipeline option of crude and products transportation, suitability of a location for building a new specialised oil export facility or a tank farm, bunkering and environmental aspects of oil terminals operations.
